1. Change of Mind
- We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind or if you no longer wish to keep the product.
- We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before committing to an order.
2. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, rest assured that we are here to resolve the issue promptly. Please follow the steps below to request an exchange:
- Contact Us: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact.houseofaira@gmail.com.
- Email Subject: Use the subject line format: ‘Order Number – Damaged/Faulty Product.’
- Unboxing Video: Attach a full video of the unboxing as evidence. This step is essential for our verification process.
- Return the Product: Once verified, we will initiate the return process. Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.
- Exchange Dispatch: Upon receiving the returned item, your exchange will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days.
Note: Refunds are not provided. Exchanges are offered only after proper verification.
